⸻ ✨ Policies | Chinwem’s Hair B&B ✨ Welcome to Chinwem’s Hair B&B. My goal is to provide every client with a professional, peaceful, and luxury braiding experience. Please review the policies below before booking your appointment. ⸻ Appointment & Booking All services are by appointment only. A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. • The booking fee goes toward your total service cost. • Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee is received. ⸻ Payments The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp etc ⸻ Human Hair Extensions If human hair extensions are being purchased by Chinwem’s Hair B&B on your behalf: • Full payment for the hair is required before your scheduled service date. • Hair will NOT be ordered without full payment. • All hair purchases are non-refundable once ordered. ⸻ Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. • No-shows will forfeit booking fee and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. ⸻ Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. • A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed. • After the grace period, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled. • Booking fee will be forfeited if appointment is canceled due to lateness. ⸻ Children’s Appointments To maintain a calm and focused environment: • Parents are advised to drop children off and return at the scheduled pick-up time. • Please ensure children have eaten prior to arrival. This allows for a smooth and professional appointment experience for everyone. ⸻ Hair Preparation • Hair must be clean, detangled, and product-free unless a wash service has been booked. • Excessively tangled hair may result in an additional fee. ⸻ Photos & Media Photos and videos of completed styles may be taken for promotional purposes unless a client requests otherwise. ⸻ Thank you for trusting Chinwem’s Hair B&B with your crown.
